Free Public Access to NJ Administrative Code

             The NJ Office of Administrative Law has announced the availability of free public access to the NJ Administrative Code, that is, the rules/regulations that are published as Proposals or Adoptions in the NJ Register twice monthly..

            To access, go to www.lexisnexis.com/njoal and follow the prompts. When you get to the NJ Register page, enter a relevant subject phrase, like “registered professional nurse” in quotation marks; ask for TEXT and put in a specified time frame like past month. Then ask to copy, download or print.
